I would highly recommend John’s science tutoring to anyone who is serious about improving grades and developing confidence and interest in science and maths. My daughter’s GCSE grades in Biology increased by 3 and Maths by 2 between her mocks, when she started working with John, and her final summer exams. We can’t thank John enough for helping her achieve the high grades. John is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the subjects and GCSE curricula, but also importantly, exam techniques and mark schemes. He has an exceptional ability to explain methods and concepts in an accessible way and paces according to the student. John is very intelligent and passionate about the subjects so is able to contextualise tricky concepts, adding interest with real-life applications and fostering understanding. He let my daughter choose what areas and topics to work on each week so she was secure in all areas that may come up in the GCSE exams.
